El trabajo art\u00edstico de Katharina Hinsberg (*1967; Profesora en la HbK Saarbr\u00fccken) se centra en un examen m\u00faltiple del g\u00e9nero del dibujo y sus contextos hist\u00f3ricos, t\u00e9cnicos y espaciales. Un proceso t\u00edpico para ella es recortar en el soporte de la imagen o recortar las l\u00edneas dibujadas. Con el libro de artista \"Sequence - Drawings 1-117\", Katharina Hinsberg presenta por primera vez una serie de dibujos permutativos coloreados con 117 l\u00e1pices de colores en l\u00edneas horizontales sobre una cuadr\u00edcula. Con cada nueva hoja, se a\u00f1ade otro color, crece, se reduce o vuelve a desaparecer, con lo que el denso sombreado de l\u00edneas de color est\u00e1 estrechamente ligado al movimiento de la mano. Sin espacio intermedio, las l\u00edneas y los trazos se convierten en campos de color que llenan toda la superficie, continuando y cambiando de hoja en hoja. La cuadr\u00edcula fija consta de 23 campos de ancho y 30 l\u00edneas de alto, cada campo de 5 x 5 mm. Katharina Hinsberg comienza su secuencia en negro y la termina en blanco.
