El pintor y escritor dan\u00e9s Asger Jorn (1914-1973) crea din\u00e1micos mundos pict\u00f3ricos en sus coloridos cuadros, algunos de los cuales dan testimonio de una ligereza humor\u00edstica y juguetona, otros de una melancol\u00eda apocal\u00edptica. Impulsado por su gran inter\u00e9s por la tradici\u00f3n escandinava, que creci\u00f3 no poco como reacci\u00f3n a las adversas condiciones de la \u00e9poca, Asger Jorn ha pintado y escrito incansablemente, pero tambi\u00e9n ha creado una extensa obra cer\u00e1mica. Sus obras pict\u00f3ricas est\u00e1n compuestas en un lenguaje visual extraordinariamente poderoso que oscila entre la abstracci\u00f3n y la figuraci\u00f3n. A lo largo de su carrera creativa, Asger Jorn mantuvo contacto con numerosos artistas y fue miembro fundador del grupo CoBrA y, m\u00e1s tarde, de la Internacional Situacionista. El exhaustivo libro que acompa\u00f1a a la exposici\u00f3n ofrece una selecci\u00f3n concentrada de unas 60 obras, centrada en el periodo comprendido entre los a\u00f1os treinta y setenta.
