La \"instalaci\u00f3n performativa\" describe un fen\u00f3meno de gran actualidad que exigi\u00f3 en 2003 un an\u00e1lisis preciso de sus caracter\u00edsticas art\u00edsticas. En efecto, en un \u00e1mbito que el t\u00e9rmino \"arte de la instalaci\u00f3n\" describe inadecuadamente como g\u00e9nero universal, son precisamente las estrategias performativas e interactivas las que confieren a las instalaciones su aspecto espec\u00edfico. As\u00ed, el libro presenta artistas y obras que buscan una s\u00edntesis de acontecimiento y obra, de presencia y representaci\u00f3n, de inmaterialidad y materialidad, que pretenden capturar el momento fugaz como elemento a la vez generado y constitutivo de la instalaci\u00f3n. En estas \"instalaciones performativas\" se anula la dial\u00e9ctica del sujeto y el objeto, que buscan formar una nueva identidad com\u00fan. Con las exposiciones en cinco ubicaciones diferentes, vinculadas al tema por su contenido, se presentan diferentes aspectos de las instalaciones performativas desde posiciones internacionales. Las exposiciones son aut\u00f3nomas en s\u00ed mismas; s\u00f3lo el libro unifica la visi\u00f3n de las diversas facetas del tema com\u00fan.<\/p>\n
